NEXUS End2End Platforms collects and processes data strictly to provide automated enterprise resource planning, field dispatch, payroll processing, and financial accounting services.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Names, corporate emails, phone numbers, and physical addresses are processed to manage accounts, Estimates, and Tickets.
Sensitive Personal Information
Social Security Numbers (SSNs), Employer Identification Numbers (EINs), and direct deposit banking credentials are processed exclusively within the HR & Payroll module to execute legal tax withholdings and financial disbursements.
Geospatial Data
Real-time GPS coordinates are collected via mobile tracking endpoints solely to verify field dispatch arrival windows and validate Time Clock geofencing compliance.
Financial Transaction Data
Invoice records, general ledger journal entries, and bank synchronization metrics are processed to maintain an audit-defensible Chart of Accounts.
2. Data Protection & Security Controls
We employ enterprise-grade administrative, technical, and physical security measures. Sensitive payroll and banking data are isolated and cryptographically protected at rest. Geolocation data is stripped of user-identifiable nodes when aggregated for operational reporting.
3. Data Retention & User Rights
Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill business obligations or comply with statutory financial and tax preservation laws — typically 7 years for accounting and IRS payroll logs. Users and corporate entities maintain the right to request data access, rectification, or localized deletion, subject to overriding statutory compliance mandates.
